I know, I know!

Hey friend!

It has been a minute since I’ve posted anything, and I am so sorry about that! Life sort of threw me a curve ball, and I had to deal with it the best way I knew how. Unfortunately, that meant the blog was put on hold.

So, I ordered some business cards last week, happy as ever that I’d finally have something to hand to people when they ask about the blog or what I do. The estimated delivery date was between 7 to 14 business days. Wow! However, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a notification on Saturday that my cards were delivered. The site made it seem like it was going to take forever.

I went to pick up my package and found nothing. I looked all over the mail room for a small package, but didn’t see anything with my name on it. Then, I searched the front desk and asked the community manager if they had anything for me. He said no.

“Is there any other place you keep mail?” I asked.

“No,” he said. “Just the mailroom and the front desk.”

I thanked him and left, blood boiling as I went through the front door. Someone must have taken my package, thinking there were goodies inside. I mean, there were, but not those kinds of goodies! Uh! 

Shortly after, I got on the phone with UPS, which wasn’t much help and just redirected me to the company I ordered from. The company apologized for the inconvenience and reprinted cards for me. They should be here by the end of this week. Hopefully.

Anyways, that’s the drama I experienced recently. I should have a nice little post available at the end of the week for you guys. So, keep your eyes peeled!

Also, I’ve been working on the website a bit, trying to make it better. I’m thinking of ideas for new content, too. So, if you have any ideas, pretty please let me know! I’d love to hear your thoughts, and if there is something I can do for you, I will do it.
