Hey friend!

I know it’s been a minute since I’ve published anything on the blog, but I’ve had a good reason. Due to a death in the family, I’ve had to put The Black Quirky Queer on hold. I don’t know when I’ll be able to dedicate the time to the blog the way I’d like to. There’s so much work that I have to do to make things right within the family. Yes, my homophobic family. That one….

Someone has to do it, and since I’m the responsible one … tag, I’m it! Needless to say, times have been stressful, and I am not in the right headspace to create the content that I’d like anyway. So, please pray that I get through this without too much heartache and pain.

Also, I think we all know funerals are outrageously expensive and adds further stress. So, if you’re able to give any amount to help with funeral costs and other expenses that comes with the death of a family member, please give what you can. I would appreciate it so, so much!

Thank you guys for sticking around and being so supportive! Until next time … peace, love, and happiness!
